2. Cancellation and Refund Timeline

The following cancellation charges and refund policies apply based on when the cancellation is requested:

  • More than 30 days before travel: 90% refund (10% processing fee deducted)
  • 15-30 days before travel: 75% refund (25% cancellation charges)
  • 7-14 days before travel: 50% refund (50% cancellation charges)
  • Less than 7 days before travel: No refund (100% cancellation charges)
  • No-show or cancellation on travel date: No refund

Note: The above percentages are calculated on the total booking amount paid by the customer.

3. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

• For bank transfers, additional 2-3 working days may be required depending on your bank.

• In case of payment gateway transactions, refunds may take 5-7 additional business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and charges are typically non-refundable:

• Processing fees and service charges

• Airline tickets (subject to airline's refund policy)

• Hotel bookings with non-refundable rates

• Visa processing fees (once application is submitted)

• Travel insurance premiums

• Special event tickets or packages with specific cancellation terms

5. Partial Cancellations

• If you cancel part of your booking (e.g., one person from a group booking), refunds will be calculated proportionally.

• Group booking cancellations may have different terms - please refer to your booking confirmation.

• Additional charges may apply for partial cancellations if they affect the overall package pricing.

6. Force Majeure and Special Circumstances

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.):

• We will work with service providers to secure maximum possible refunds.

• Refunds will be subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

• We may offer travel credits or rescheduling options instead of cash refunds, where applicable.

• Government-imposed travel bans or restrictions may result in credit vouchers valid for future travel.

• For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided.

• Credit card refunds will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

• UPI and digital wallet refunds will be processed back to the same account.
